What to Expect: The Procedure Process

  1. Consultation & Planning: Dr. Stile will guide you through implant selection, incision type, and lift technique based on your anatomy and desired outcome.

  2. Anesthesia & Surgery: The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes 2–3 hours.

  3. Incision & Implant Placement: Depending on your needs, Dr. Stile will use one of three incisions:

    • Donut (periareolar) for mild sagging

    • Lollipop (vertical) for moderate sagging

    • Anchor (inverted T) for significant sagging or excess skin

    Depending on your body type and preferences, implants are placed under or over the muscle.

  4. Breast Lift & Nipple Repositioning: Excess skin is removed, and the breast tissue is reshaped and lifted. The nipples are repositioned to a more centered and youthful location.

  5. Closure & Recovery: Incisions are carefully closed and dressed. You’ll return home the same day with full aftercare instructions.
