Before and After Upper Eyelid Surgery. California Woman Has Upper Eyelid Surgery, 69-year-old female patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her eyes. She desired to reduce the excess skin and hooding of her upper eyelid skin, This made her look tired. The after photos below three months after upper blepharoplasty/eye lid lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities in seven days. Upper eyelid crease is used for incision and is NOT detectable after healed. This procedure was performed under general anesthesia.
