Before and After Rhinoplasty. This woman presented in my practice with a cosmetic with the desire to reduce the hump on top of her nose and the droopiness of the nasal tip. She wanted A "cuter' and less ethnic-looking nose. Rhinoplasty / cosmetic nose surgery is performed using an open technique under general anesthesia.
