Before and After Facial Fat Transfer. Las Vegas Female Fat Transfer to Face/Facial Fat Grafting. A 40-year-old woman presented to my office for consultation. She wants help with her cheeks, thinned lips, and deep nasolabial folds. She has regularly had these areas treated with fillers but wants a more permanent solution since "Juvederm and Restylane do not last very long." She returned to most activities at two weeks post-op. Photos are six months post-op. She has retained most of her volume and is very pleased with her rejuvenated refreshed appearance. This patient had facial fat grafting/fat transfer of 48 cc's of harvested (from her inner thighs) purified fat injected into her face and lips which restored the lost volume she had in those areas.
