Before and After Chin Augmentation. Las Vegas Man Has Chin Augmentation/Genioplasty, 57-year-old male patient presented wanting to improve his facial proportions. He felt he had a "weak chin" that made him self-conscious. The after pictures were taken 3 months after surgery. Patient has returned back to all normal activities. He is extremely happy. PROCEDURE NOTES: Chin augmentation with silicone implant through a sub-mental (below the chin) incision.
