Before and After Chin Augmentation. New York Woman Has Chin Augmentation/Genioplasty/Chin Enlargement 22-year-old patient presented wanting to improve her facial proportions. She did not like the way she felt when she looked in the mirror. She particularly didn't like taking profile pictures or "selfies". She stated she had a small disproportionate chin that made her self-conscious. She also disliked her nose. The after pictures were taken 3 months after surgery. Patient has returned back to all normal activities. She is very very happy. Chin augmentation with silicone implant through a submental ( below the chin) incision. * patient also had a rhinolasty/cosmetic nose surgery at the same time.
