Before and After Breast Revision Surgery.
A 33-year-old Los Angeles patient presented wanting to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had augmentation performed at another practice but was left unhappy with the shape and size of her breasts. She wanted to increase the volume of her breasts. Her implant volume was 375 ccs. She desired explantation and re-augmentation with larger silicone implants. She wears a C-cup bra but wants to be a full D-cup. The after pictures below are from three months following the breast implant exchange. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all of her normal activities. Old implants were removed through her previous periareolar incisions. Bilateral Capsuloraphy was performed, and smooth round High Profile 475 cc silicone cohesive gel implants were placed in the sub-muscular plane. A dual-plane technique was employed.
