Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 26-year-old Las Vegas woman presented for evaluation and was considering breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts. The patient had 500 CCs high profile saline implants placed through an inframammary incision. The after pictures were taken 3 months post-operative. She healed well and has returned back to all lifestyle activities. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, the lower third of the implant is under the gland. Implants used are a smooth round profile saline filled 500 cc's.
