Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 23-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She has no children. She wore approximately an A cup bra in most bra styles, but b cup in Victoria's Secret bra She desired to be more of a full C cup bra. The pictures below are from two months after breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. Dual plane technique (partial sub-muscular) with smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus 350cc silicone gel implants.
