Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. 33-year-old entertainer presented for evaluation. She wants breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts. She desired to increase her breast volume to be in better proportions to her body. She anticipated that the result would help her at work. The patient had 550 CCs of moderate plus profile saline implants placed through a periareolar incision. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, the lower third of the implant is under the gland. Implants used are a smooth round moderate plus profile saline (filled to 550 CCs on each side).
