Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 26-year-old Las Vegas woman presented for evaluation and was considering breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts. The patient had a 500 CCs high profile saline implants placed through an infra mammary incision. The after pictures were taken 3 months post-operative. She healed well and has returned back to all lifestyle activities. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, the lower third of the implant is under the gland. Implants used are a smooth round profile saline filled 500 cc's.
