Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 42-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She felt they were too small for her body. She states that she has lost volume as she has gotten older. The patient had 450 CCs of moderate plus profile saline implants placed through a periareolar incision. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, the lower third of the implant is under the gland. Implants used are a smooth round moderate plus profile saline (filled to 450 CCs on each side).
