Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 39-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment/loss of volume of her breasts and desired to increase/restore her breast volume. The patient had 330 CCs high profile saline implants placed through a periareolar incision. PROCEDURE DETAILS: The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, lower third of the implant is under the gland. The implants used are a smooth round profile saline (filled to 330 CCs on each side). Bilateral saline implant breast augmentation. (330 CCs)
