Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 26-year-old model presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had no children. She wore approximately a B-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D-cup bra. The pictures below are two months after breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. Dual plane technique (partial sub-muscular) with smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus 371cc silicone gel implants.
