Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 23-year-old fashion model presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with her small breasts and desired an increase in her breast volume size. She has no children. She wore a small B-cup bra in most bras. She desired to be more of a full C-cup bra. She didn't want her breasts too big because it would interfere with her work. The post-op pictures below are from three months after breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all usual work and rigorous exercise activities. Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with smooth round, High Profile 350cc silicone cohesive gel implants.
