Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. 39-year-old soccer mom presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with her breasts and wanted to improve her breast size. The patient had 500 CCs of moderate plus profile saline implants placed through a periareolar incision. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, and the lower third of the implant is under the gland. Implants used are a smooth round moderate plus profile saline (filled to 500 CCs on each side). PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral saline 500CCs implants breast augmentation.
