Before and After Liposuction. A 29-year-old woman presented to my office for evaluation. She wished to improve the appearance of her inner & outer thighs. She desired to reduce these "problem areas" that are resistant to diet and exercise. The pictures below are three months after liposuction/liposculpture. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her normal activities including exercise for one week. Under general anesthesia, a tumescent liposuction technique was performed to improve the contour of this patient's inner/outer thighs.
