With any surgical procedure, your surgeon will recommend steps you can take to help make your procedure successful. Dr. Stile and his team will guide you through every step of your breast augmentation, from preparation to your final results. Taking steps before your procedure can help your recovery go smoothly and allow you to heal more comfortably.
What is Breast Augmentation?
Larger, perkier, or more shapely breasts are one of the most common aesthetic surgery goals. During breast augmentation, Dr. Stile places breast implants to add volume and projection. The location of the incisions varies depending on your breast anatomy, the type and size of the implant, and other factors. This procedure is often performed with a breast lift to address sagging or drooping.

Preparation Tips for Breast Augmentation
You can take many steps to make your recovery more comfortable and help achieve your optimal results. While your team will provide more detailed information, these tips will give you an idea of what to expect.
- Remain physically active and eat a nutrient-fueled diet
- Stop smoking or using tobacco products
- Adjust or stop taking certain medications if directed (lists to be provided)
- Avoid some over-the-counter supplements and medications (lists to be provided)
Other factors that can make recovery easier include:
- Select loose-fitting, comfortable tops that fasten in the front since you will not be able to raise your arms over your head right away.
- Prepare and freeze some of your favorite nutritious meals so you can fuel your body’s healing without having to cook.
- Schedule at least two weeks off work or more if instructed. People with physically active jobs may need additional time or modified duties.
- Enlist help as needed, especially if you have small children or will need to lift things after your procedure.
- Prepare a place to sleep where you can have your upper body elevated and sleep on your back comfortably.
You will be able to resume light cardio, including brisk walking, within a week or two. However, heavy lifting and more strenuous activity will usually need to wait at least six weeks. Knowing this can help you make plans for activities during your recovery.
Your care and attention in my needs were more than I expected. Thank you and your staff very much!

I’m a mother of 2 and I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Stiles. I had a lift with an implant. I explained to Dr. Stiles that I wanted full and perky breast, but I didn’t want them to be too large . He achieved the perfect look for me! My entire experience has been wonderful thus far. His assistant Cynthia is also amazing. She was available to address my concerns day or night. If you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon in Vegas. I highly recommend Dr. Stiles and his entire staff.
