If you’ve lost weight and reached your goals, you should feel proud of the achievement and more confident in your body. Unfortunately, significant weight loss can leave you with loose, excess skin. A thigh lift is one of the multiple procedures Dr. Stile offers to tighten sagging skin so you can fully enjoy your slimmer, healthier body.
WHAT IS A THIGH LIFT?
A thigh lift is a cosmetic surgery designed to improve the appearance of the thighs by removing excess skin and fat. Patients who have lost significant weight and are left with loose skin on their thighs or individuals with skin laxity due to aging may benefit from this procedure. A thigh lift can improve the contour of the thighs, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and create a more toned and youthful appearance.
AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A THIGH LIFT?
A thigh lift is a skin-tightening procedure that can benefit many people with loose, excess skin on their thighs. Ideal candidates should be overall healthy non-smokers with realistic expectations. You may be a good candidate for a thigh lift if you:
Have lost significant weight
Have loose, sagging skin around your thighs
Want to reduce stretch marks and cellulite
Are at or near your ideal weight
Have maintained your goal weight for at least a year
Want to improve the shape and appearance of your thighs
HOW DOES A THIGH LIFT WORK?
Depending on the patient’s needs, Dr. Stile performs thigh lifts with multiple techniques, such as a medial, lateral, or bilateral thigh lift. The size and location of the incisions will depend on your unique procedure.
Dr. Stile will remove and tighten the skin as needed on your thighs for a slimmer, more shapely appearance. Liposuction can also be included in your thigh lift to remove excess fat.
Dr. Stile and his staff will make you feel like you’re family. They really care and it shows. I had a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction. Dr. Stile is very talented. I couldn’t be happier results. I highly highly recommend him!

I’m a mother of 2 and I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Stiles. I had a lift with an implant. I explained to Dr. Stiles that I wanted full and perky breast, but I didn’t want them to be too large . He achieved the perfect look for me! My entire experience has been wonderful thus far. His assistant Cynthia is also amazing. She was available to address my concerns day or night. If you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon in Vegas. I highly recommend Dr. Stiles and his entire staff.
Since there are multiple types of thigh lifts and the procedure is tailored to each patient, your recovery experience will be unique. You can expect swelling, bruising, and discomfort for a few days after the surgery. Patients may need to wear a compression garment and sleep with their legs elevated. Dr. Stile will give you aftercare instructions and prescribe pain medication as needed.
Most patients can return to work after about two weeks. You may need longer for strenuous jobs, and you will need to wait a few weeks to resume exercise.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS FROM A THIGH LIFT?
Though some patients see immediate improvement from a thigh lift, swelling and bruising may obscure your results initially. You can enjoy your slimmer, firmer thighs as these side effects fade. Your final results should be apparent after several months, and these can last a decade or more. A healthy lifestyle and weight management are essential for long-lasting results.
