Rhinoplasty For Men Las Vegas

Why Consider Male Rhinoplasty?

It’s not uncommon for men to be born with a nose that’s too large, too small, or simply doesn’t blend in harmony with the rest of their face. Their nose may also have abnormalities that lead to breathing issues.

That’s why Dr. Stile offers male rhinoplasty. With male rhinoplasty, men can achieve an attractive, masculine nose that is ideal for their unique facial features.

Closed rhinoplasty surgery: A closed rhinoplasty surgery involves all of the incisions being made inside of the nose. It may be a viable option if the goal is to address a man’s minor cosmetic issues.

Open rhinoplasty surgery: During an open rhinoplasty, small incisions are made both inside the nose and along the columella, which is the skin that separates your nostrils. Fortunately, the incision is so small that this technique allows for minimal scarring.

Good candidates for nose job surgery for men are patients who are:

  • Bothered by the size or shape of their nose.
  • Previously broken nose.
  • Wish their nose was more proportional to the rest of their face.
  • Desire a natural, masculine nose.
  • Hope to resolve breathing issues.

After a male rhinoplasty, patients can expect a more attractive, masculine nasal shape that looks great with the rest of their facial features. They may also enjoy improved breathing and greater self-confidence. Some men may achieve the best facial harmony and enhancement by pairing their nose job with another procedure, such as chin augmentation or a facelift.

Once a man has undergone male nose job surgery, they’ll wear a nasal splint to support their nose. They’ll also need to keep their head elevated for a few days. They may notice swelling or bruising as well as “black eyes.” Fortunately, these side effects are normal and will fade away slowly over the first week.

Dr. Stile may encourage patients to use a prescribed nasal spray so that the inside of their nose remains clean and moisturized. He may also prescribe pain medications and suggest they take at least one week off work so they can relax and recover safely.
